Welcome to Chatido! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services,
including our managed live chat software, agents, and related support features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Chatido, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using Chatido, you confirm that:

Chatido offers
You agree to:

• All plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected.
• Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public business, technical, or customer data received from the other party. This obligation continues for two years after the end of the business relationship.
Client agrees to pay Chat Outsource for any requested expenses which do not form part of our contract and are required to pay for extra for any add-on feature(s) or service immediately upon request of their order.
Chatido complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We:
• Only collect data necessary to deliver Services.
• Process data lawfully, transparently, and for legitimate business purposes.
• Allow data access, correction, deletion, and portability upon verified request.
All content, software, trademarks, and designs are the intellectual property of Chatido or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of our platform without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. and EU law, Chatido is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages..
• Loss of business, revenue, data, or profits.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, we may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades. Emergency downtime will be minimized.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You breach these Terms.
• Payments are overdue.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
For U.S. clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
For EU clients: These Terms comply with EU regulations and are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of residence.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or on our site. Continued use of the Services indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
